How to Edit Page Content with WordPress Default Editor

This tutorial is for the Default Editor, which is built into WordPress. Your website from My Clinical Site comes with the Advanced Layout Editor by Avia, which is a far more versatile and complete editor. For instructions on how to use the Avia editor, please follow the instructions in https://myclinicalsite.com/support

Step 1

In the WordPress dashboard, click on “Pages” and navigate to the page you want to edit.

Step 2
This will open up your Page Editor. Make sure you’re working from the Visual tab, as shown here:

Visual mode will show how the content will appear when published. Use the formatting buttons to adjust your text and to add any images.

Step 3
Edit the content just as you would in a Microsoft Word document.

Step 4
When you’re done, save your changes by clicking the Update button. This will update the page on your website.
