Is there an Internet outage at your location?
The problem may be completely unrelated to your specific website or web application. It may be related to an Internet outage at your location. You can easily verify if your own Internet connection is working by opening your browser and going to a website of your choice, other than your own (e.g., google.com). If that website doesn’t load, try another one (again, not your own), and see if that one loads. If none of them do, there is an Internet outage at your location.
Is there an outage at the server level?
Check the system status at My Clinical Site’s main site and servers. If maintenance is being performed on any of our servers, you will find that information there. It may be just a few minutes before your website comes back online.
Use the menu and list at the top of this page to find information about your issues and how you may be able to fix it on your own.
